No figuring out how to get yourself to a meeting point in an unfamiliar city — we come directly to your hotel lobby and bring you back at the end of the day. How Hotel Pickup Works
- Book your tour — select hotel pickup when booking and enter your hotel name
- Receive your confirmation — your exact pickup time is included in the booking confirmation email
- On tour day — wait in your hotel lobby at your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will come inside to collect you
- Enjoy the day — no driving, no parking, no navigation stress
- End of day — we drop you back at your hotel after the final stop
Pickup Times by Zone
Pickup times vary by hotel location. Hotels further from the city center are picked up earlier to ensure the group arrives together. Here's a general guide:
Anaheim / Disneyland
Pickup starts ~7:00 AM for the Anaheim tour.
Universal / North Hollywood
Early pickups, typically 7:30–8:00 AM.
Hollywood / West Hollywood
Mid-morning pickups, typically 8:00–8:30 AM.
Beverly Hills / Century City
Mid-morning, typically 8:15–8:45 AM.
LAX / Culver City Area
Typically 8:00–8:45 AM depending on hotel.
Santa Monica / Venice
Later pickups closer to the 9:30 AM check-in.
Your exact pickup time is always confirmed in your booking email. Please be ready in the lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
What If My Hotel Isn't on the List?
If you don't see your hotel on our pickup list, don't worry — call us at (310) 340-0933 and we'll check whether we can accommodate your location. Many hotels not on the published list can still be included depending on proximity to our route.
Alternatively, you can always join us at one of our meeting points:

- Hollywood: Hollywood & Highland area — check-in by 8:00 AM
- Anaheim: Anaheim Garden Walk, 321 W Katella Ave — check-in by 7:30 AM
Hotel Pickup vs Meeting Point — Which Should I Choose?
Hotel pickup is the most convenient option — we come to you, and you don't need to think about transportation at all. There's an additional cost vs the meeting point option to cover the extra routing time.
Meeting point is slightly cheaper and works well if your hotel is close to one of our check-in locations, or if you prefer to make your own way there (Uber, rental car, etc.).
Tips for a Smooth Hotel Pickup
- Be in the hotel lobby — not outside — at your scheduled time. Your driver will come inside to find you
- Have your booking confirmation on your phone so your driver can verify your booking
- If you're running a few minutes late, call us immediately — don't just wait
- Let the front desk know you're expecting a pickup so they can direct your driver if needed
- Pickups happen rain or shine — dress appropriately for the weather

What if my hotel changes?
Contact us as soon as possible with your new hotel name and we'll update your pickup location. Changes can usually be accommodated with sufficient notice.
