We collect what we need to run your tour and nothing we don't. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising purposes.
Your card details never reach our servers. They go directly from your browser to Stripe, our payment processor.
If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads. These set cookies that help us see how people use the site and whether our advertising is working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the booking flow will still work.
We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the tour, to handle refunds and disputes, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Contact-form messages are kept while we deal with your enquiry.

The site isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. Children travelling with you are booked by the adult making the reservation.
