Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour's departure time and you receive a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

We run rain or shine and we don't cancel for weather. Los Angeles rain is rare and rarely lasts. If the forecast looks genuinely rough and you'd rather come another day, we'll move you to a different date at no charge — just ask before your tour.
If we ever cancel your tour, you get a full refund or a free move to another date, whichever you prefer. We'll contact you as early as we possibly can.
Please be ready five minutes early. Our driver can't wait long on the street and the bus can't hold the whole group for one pickup. If you're running late, call (310) 340-0933 straight away — if you can make your own way to the first stop, we'll coordinate a catch-up point with you. A missed pickup with no contact is treated as a no-show and isn't refundable.
